Overview:
This course is an IHCD award, designed to give those involved in pre-hospital care the vital knowledge and techniques necessary to manage the ill or injured casualty within the first few minutes until handover to a medical service.

Course includes:
Pre-hospital environment, patient assessment, respiration and airway management, basic life support, defibrillation, circulation and shock, medical and trauma related emergencies.
