required by the NHS.

employees have enhanced Criminal Record Bureau
(CRB )clearance, are uniformed, and carry photoidentity
cards for identification and security.
Once fully trained, our crews together with our Operations Management Team work closely with the
healthcare providers and individual clinics, to ensure
professional and appropriate movement and
treatment for the patient.
All vehicles carry UK and European satellite navigation
and communications equipment to ensure accurate and best-route options. Some ambulances are fitted
with Tele-Medicine to enable specialist medical staff real-time remote patient observation, diagnostics and
treatment whilst being transported.
To ensure patient care and safety, our ambulance
crews will wait at the location if required, then return
the patient to any required destination.
