Lifeskills Medical works closely with Saint James Hospital in
Sliema, Malta, and Tripoli, Libya, providing professional prehospital
care, in-service training, and health and safety
consultation. All courses are available in Malta and Libya
through the Saint James Lifeskills Training Centres. Bespoke
commercial and industry-specific training is always available.
Lifeskills and Saint James through their joint training
centres, have developed a major initiative for the provision of
health and safety certified courses for Tripoli, Libya, and
together also provide an Emergency Medical Response
Service to the whole of Tripoli and surrounding areas.
This service includes A&E/HDU ambulances fully equipped
to UK standards, manned by Paramedics and Technicians
trained by Lifeskills Medical. Also provided is medical
evacuation via air ambulance from remote sites to Tripoli,
where patients can be stabilised at the hospital, before being
transferred to any destination of choice. Services provided at Saint James Hospital, Libya include:
