We have also developed our on-line training by moving Emergency Medical Technician pre-course reading to a series of on-line exercises. This enables us to provide more in-depth practical learning time on courses, and benefits you with a more flexible and user-friendly approach to pre-course study.

We remain the UK's largest provider of pre-hospital care training outside the NHS, and a major provider of private ambulance and event medical services throughout the UK and abroad, currently providing ongoing major training projects for emergency medicalservices, police, security, the military, and fire & rescue services throughout the world.

Our current projects are in the United Arab Emirates, working closely with the Emirates Institute for Health and Safety (EIHS), in Malta, working with Saint James Hospital, and managing Government backed training initiatives in Nigeria and Libya.
